On the front of the post card is an image of Memorial Hospital in Clarksville, TN. On the back is a caption that reads, “This hospital serves Clarksville, Montgomery County and adjacent communities. The large contribution made by The Howard D. Pettus Foundation helped to create this institution. Dedicated on April 11, 1954 by Hon. Jim McCord, former Governor of Tennessee.”
