There are two captions for each image that says, “One of 62 Ingram towboats with 1,800 barges on inland waterways since 1946. This one is in Clarksville” “The Black Wall of Fame at 11th Street and Franklin”. On the back side is a message with the post mark date of August 4, 2003. The message reads, “Ridley: I’ve caused my brother to become a postcard collector. I’d like to buy (Touring Tenn.) for him. Do you have copies? I’d like you to sign it for him. Let me know the next time you drop a note/or call. Take Care Billyfrank.”
