dc.description | On the front of the post card is an image of the American Snuff Co’s Plant in Clarksville, TN. The plant was built by the Ferro-Concrete Construction Co. The back side has a message and the post mark date April 22, 1909. The message says, “This shows how well our exposed structural concrete columns, beams & cornice look, when left just as they come from the forms. The Ferro0Conrete Cons.
